About Nutrition to Support Natural Fertility

It goes without saying that healthy sperm is as important for conception and a healthy pregnancy as healthy eggs. Evidence suggests that men’s sperm counts around the world are declining and there are many nutrition and lifestyle factors that could be playing a role.

In today’s busy world, the demands of everyday life combined with the impact of intensive farming and food processing on the nutritional content of what we eat can make it hard to meet our nutritional needs all of the time. We recommend that all our clients, men as well as women, increase their intake of important nutrients during the pre-conception phase, if only as an insurance policy.
